There were red ants on the bed and floor in the regular room we checked into. At checkout, they charged us over a small pinkish blood stain. We offered to remove it ourselves, but the service boy said blood was hard to get out and didn't trust us to clean it. It's their job to deal with germs, and I understand that, but I wished they'd let us remove the color of the fresh stain, which should come out easily with soap and water. I felt like they wouldn't listen to me, and that left me feeling treated unfairly.

We'd just come from Bohol, exhausted after keeping watch over my grandmother in the hospital, and hoped for a restful stay. Instead, this was stressful, and we won't return. First they put us in a room with a broken bathroom light. After I complained, they moved us, but there was no water from the faucet. They said they knew and could give us a pail, which shocked me. If we needed more water while bathing, we'd have to wait, possibly getting cold, and I was sure other guests would need water too. They then moved us to a deluxe room, promising running water. There was only a little, but I thought it might be enough. The water stopped before I had finished using the bathroom, so my husband and I decided to find another inn or hotel. When we asked for a refund, the so-called manager refused and accused us of having no conscience because the cost would fall on employees. The customer service was terrible, and that manager was extremely rude. They should tell guests about the water situation. This inn is a scam, and I won't recommend it to my friends.

There is no consumer protection here. I don't recommend this place, and DTI has to shut it down.
