The staff are kind, extremely helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient too, about a five-minute walk from pier 3, with food stalls right outside. I stayed in a room with a double bed, though I’d suggest a twin room if you need a better table for working. It’s a good fit for a business trip, a quiet stay, or time exploring Cebu. The room isn’t the best, so keep your expectations in check. There was some discoloration here and there, but for what I paid, it was well worth it.

During Sinulog Festival, I found this spot really accessible. You can walk to the port, Colon Street with its endless food options, Plaza Independencia, and the Basilica del Sto. Niño. It’s an ideal budget place to sleep after a day exploring the city.

I booked the 888p promo, which offered two room types: twin beds that could be moved together, or a double bed. I asked for the double, but it wasn’t available. They said I’d be moved once someone checked out, but that never happened. Instead, they wanted another 400p for an upgrade to the double I’d paid for. When I tried to extend in the double room, the price was over 2k. Shop around and find somewhere else. I felt they were draining my wallet because I’m American and have money. The 888p room shares the bathroom and shower. The other room had a private shower, but in the motel it’s shared from one stay to the next. In just two days, they wanted triple the amount. Not worth it if you don’t want them taking everything in your wallet.
