Alicia Apart-Hotel

The front desk staff weren't accommodating, and neither they nor the guard at the gate treated us respectfully. The customer service was the worst. Hotel owner, please take note.

The location was great, close to Gaisano Country Mall, a Robinsons, plenty of restaurants, and a busy street with lots of transport options. Rooms were decent for a very low nightly price, and the kitchen had all the utensils needed for a short stay. One shower head didn't work, but there were two options, so it was manageable. Service was basically absent unless you paid. There was no free room cleaning, replacement towels, toilet paper, or water.

Getting around to attractions from here was my main issue. You'll need a rental car or to book a tour. Otherwise, lots of eateries are close by, the pool was clean and pleasant with a daytime lifeguard, and the staff were great. Breakfast was okay. Room 613 was spacious and had a patio, a comfortable bed, two aircons for the bedroom and living room, and a full kitchen with utensils, microwave, rice cooker, full-size fridge and freezer, and stovetop. The shower and water pressure were great too. Really nice Apartelle overall!

The cooking equipment in the kitchen wasn't very satisfactory, especially the frying pan, though the cooker itself worked. The room was in good enough condition for me, and the pool was maintained. It was also clean, and the staff were kind and spoke English well.
