I stayed for several months in a twin room, and it was a really bad experience. The rooms cost too much, and both housekeeping and food hygiene seemed questionable. I got stomach flu after eating lumpia from the cafeteria/canteen, and it seemed like they reused meat from the day before a lot. After I requested housekeeping, the room smelled rotten or damp. I think it came from the rug used to clean it, which hadn't been washed properly. I also saw lots of mice and cockroaches. The aircon was filthy and still hadn't been cleaned after several months, despite repeated follow-ups. I'm never coming back.

Who manages a place where housekeeping barges into a resident's room for pest control without consent, especially when that person has an existing fatal respiratory condition? The rent is steep for a shared bathroom, you can't cook, and the living space is mediocre. Stay here if you're okay with your privacy and health being put at risk.

Whenever I'm in Cebu, this feels like home. The space is just right for working, the bed is comfy, and there's a gym and pool for an additional fee. It's more than good enough for me!

There are pleasant shared spaces here, including a gym, mini restaurant, mini shop, laundromat, pool, and ping pong. The staff are really nice and come each day to clean and restock toilet paper, towels, and other things. Beds are comfy, showers are nice and come with shampoo and soap, and the AC is good. Wifi gets a little weak when everyone comes home from work.
