Our flight was only two days away when the hotel messaged to say it could no longer honor our reservation because of a system glitch. We suddenly had nowhere to stay, despite having booked and paid well in advance for three nights, January 17-20, to celebrate my cousin’s first birthday in Cebu during Sinulog. I’d called their hotline a week earlier and was told the booking was secure. The last-minute cancellation caused a huge amount of stress and inconvenience. It was the most frustrating booking experience I’ve had, and I won’t book with them again.

The room wasn’t cool enough on our first night, but we were moved to another one the next day. Otherwise, it was clean and the hot shower worked. There’s free breakfast, and the location feels safe even at night, with pharmacies and 7/11 nearby. A good stay for the price.

We mainly needed somewhere safe to sleep, freshen up, and leave our bags while we were out each day, and this place worked well for that. It’s affordable, the room was comfortable, and we slept soundly. Staff were accommodating, and there’s a 7-Eleven close by. Stores and malls are convenient to reach, while downtown is one jeep ride away and Robinson Fuente is a 10-15-minute walk. For questions, you can contact them at the number on their website. Thank you!

A friend joined after I’d booked for just myself, and they didn’t charge extra. The twin-bed room was affordable, with working aircon and wifi, and I slept well after walking around the city. The bathroom was clean but dated and could use maintenance. I didn’t see any bugs. Staff were helpful, and food places and a convenience store are close.

I’ve come back many times and have always found the rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurants, medical facilities, and Redemptorist Church are within walking distance. Everyone on staff, including the guard, is friendly and helpful. Agoda deals make the stays especially worthwhile.
