The room was spacious and clean, and it’s quiet if you want somewhere peaceful. It also felt safe: a guard patrols around the clock, reception stays staffed, and they lock the main gate. The main issue was connectivity. I couldn’t get wifi in my room, and mobile internet was difficult to use in this location.

The room was very dirty, the floor drains were clogged, and the aircon didn’t work at all. The front desk staff member Fidela Prado was often absent when guests needed help. When she was there, she seemed not to care about the job or customers, stayed on her phone, and answered sarcastically and rudely. A man named Ernest Ociones behaved the same way. Very disrespectful staff. Not recommendable at all, a waste of money and energy.

The room booked for the kids was much better than ours, to be fair. Ours wasn’t tidy as expected, the shower didn’t work, the CR bowl had no cover, and the aircon wasn’t working well and needed cleaning.

The attendant was very rude, and the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. The room had huge cockroaches, no toilet seats, and no cleanliness, hot water, WiFi, or TV. You get what you pay for, but this place was worse than a one-star hotel.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. I wish they had some information about day tours and places to visit around Cebu. There isn’t much to see in the city, though the food market is amazing and there are a few churches.
