Goland Pension House and Dormitory by SMS Hospitality

I booked for February 12 to 15, 2026, but after only a few hours of sleep I hurriedly reserved another hotel and left. I was very uncomfortable and depressed during my stay. I chose this guesthouse after seeing all the positive reviews, so the actual room was a major disappointment. The only good part was the security guard, who was handsome and kind. He gave me the Wi-Fi password without hesitation and lent us an umbrella when it rained. There was no Wi-Fi signal in the room. It was so cramped that I couldn’t even open my 28-inch suitcase. The old window air conditioner made a lot of noise, and I had to shut it off to sleep, even though the room was hot. The mattress was too soft, with only a thin sheet under it. The bathroom had a lot of problems: the shower pressure was very weak, there was no toilet seat or lid, the walls were peeling, and the pipes and faucets were rusty. When I checked in at midnight on February 12, only the security guard was on duty, and check-in itself went smoothly. The pictures show what I mean. I hope the guesthouse takes a serious look at how it can serve its guests better.
