Thank you so much to Fortuna Hotel for letting us use the conference room to repack relief supplies for communities affected by the recent earthquake in Bogo, Cebu City. Having the space helped us organize and distribute much-needed aid efficiently. We truly appreciate the kindness, compassion, and community spirit you showed during a difficult time. Maraming salamat!

The functional hall on the eighth floor was better than the last time I came here for a seminar. The room and food were okay, but one outlet shared among six people was a problem. I also had trouble sleeping because the blanket made my legs itchy.

The place feels a bit cramped, and the aircon doesn't get very cold. Food was okay.

This is already our fourth stay at the "Hotel Fortuna", and we feel at home again. The breakfast is varied and tasty, and the house staff clean quickly and thoroughly, often seeming to know what you need before you ask. Requests get taken care of. At reception we quickly made a nice connection, and the security staff at the door are helpful and keep watch around the clock. The owner is a lovely, kind woman, always smiling and very fond of children. She has a heart. It doesn't feel like staying in a hotel here, more like being at home with friends or family.

A downtown location, clean rooms, good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and accommodating staff all helped make this a great stay. Parking is very limited if you arrive by car.
