You can check in as early as 4:00 AM and check out by 12:00 NN the next day, which is a strong advantage. The place is open 24 hours, though you may have to knock if the gate or door looks closed. It's a budget hotel about a hundred meters from a mall cluster with a bar, convenience store, restaurants, and a bank ATM. SM City Cebu is also within walking distance. Free WiFi is available on the lower levels. Just be warned, the air conditioner is so small it can't cool the room on summer days or nights.

For 1100 per day, you get your own cr and free water, and it's near the city. The shower hose comes loose sometimes and needs repair. A nice place to stay if you're on a budget.

It's a nice place near the city, within walking distance of Ayala Mall, SM mall, and my bus terminal. The main downside is having to use the stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor.

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect too much from the facilities. Some rooms have their own CR, while others use a shared one.
