The location is good, but the internet is unstable despite being 30mbps. There's only a small desk and one chair, and the TV is small and sometimes turns green. Rooms that don't face the street are dark.

It's a simple room, spacious enough, and within walking distance of the heart of the city. For a budget friendly accomodation, it's not that.

For a budget stay, it's still a decent choice. The rooms aren't great, but they're comfortable, and the old air conditioner still gets cold. They don't have a double-lock feature, so the rooms don't feel very secure. Service wasn't very welcoming, and I didn't try anything beyond that. Since it's in the city, it's easy to find food or essentials and get transportation.

They were quick to sort out the air conditioner and faucet problems. Still, both the air conditioning and water pressure were very weak, and there was even a bug in the room. The dipper, or tabo, was unbelievably tiny, like it was made for a baby. The hotel is near several Cebu tourist spots and a convenience store, but the area felt scary at night and didn't seem safe to walk around. Find somewhere else if you want to get a proper rest.

It's budget friendly, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I especially like that visitors have to sign in at the lobby for security.
