I slept really well, thanks to the blackout curtains, good mattress, and A/C that worked properly. The staff were polite and helpful, and went the extra mile when I asked for a special request. I appreciated it a lot. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was okay, though there was no hot water. At checkout, they charged us an extra 150 pesos, saying the sheets had “food” stains. They were tiny marks, and the sheets needed washing anyway. The charge itself bothered me less than the gesture. It felt unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Only stay here if you’re on a budget. The room is too small for four people, and the toilet area is cramped. When I inserted the card after entering, there was no power. Staff came to help, but getting it switched on was a tedious process.

We booked and paid for two nights, but left after the first. It was awful. We reserved a Deluxe double room through Expedia, but were assigned a Standard room when we checked in. Even after we pointed out the difference shown in the pictures, they refused to give my wife and me the room we paid for. We also paid for a package that said “Includes Breakfast,” but the nasty receptionist claimed breakfast wasn’t included. Make sure to take a picture of that detail. The room smelled moldy, and my asthma started acting up as soon as I walked in. There was no Wi-Fi. The door key didn’t work, so every time we went out, someone had to come up to the 8th floor to let us in. Staff were unfriendly and not at all willing to help. The bathroom was tiny and had no shower door.
