Cebu Hotel Plus

I've stayed here twice, each time for one night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and the location is great. The rooms are quite small, though, and the sink design seems flawed because it leaked in both rooms I stayed in. Reception wasn't very helpful either. They didn't let me know when a package arrived for my room, and couldn't give me basic information about taxi fares to the airport.

There were plenty of power plugs, water on every floor, and a mountain view from my room. The location was a plus too, with tons of nice cafes nearby if that's your thing. The shower hose's hot water kept cutting in and out, so I tried the hot water from the tap instead, which was really uncomfortable. The sink is oddly designed, with the tap too far from the basin, so water splashes everywhere. Cleanliness could be better. I also wish the lobby staff had been friendlier or more helpful. I was carrying three bags to my taxi and nobody offered to help.

It's a safe place for families, with plenty of food spots and shops close by. The staff were very kind, the AC worked great, and the internet was perfect, with an 80 megabytes connection. Great hotel, 100 out of 100.

The lobby looks nice, and my room was really clean. The bathroom was good too. They handled my booking quickly.
