2/10
The room wasn't cleaned each day, and I found cockroaches there. It was hard to relax when the place didn't feel hygienic. The staff didn't seem very engaged in fixing these problems, and the general impression was that maintenance had been neglected. For what they charge, I expected better. I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for cleanliness and comfort. Cebu has other places at the same price or less.

The hotel itself doesn't feel like good value for the quality, even though the location is convenient, with shops and businesses nearby. The restaurant is a brighter spot: it serves a varied menu with meat dishes, and the service is good. Prices are a little above the restaurant average, but I think the meat is worth it. They also have Spanish wines at reasonable prices for this part of the world.
