In & Go Hotel

From booking online through our arrival, everyone treated us nicely. The receptionist was especially approachable, friendly and kind. We loved that, and the wifi connection was stable. The hotel rooms are very affordable. Thank you, In & Go Hotel.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind, professional and helpful. They speak good English. There’s cable TV and the air conditioning works well. No fridge in the room, but that was okay. I’ll come back here.

When my required COVID isolation was over, they tried to charge me for three full meals a day, even though I’d been told I had to order food through a food app. They also insisted on cash or bank transfer for payment.

The staff were kind and accommodating, especially the housekeeping team. But there was no WiFi, and the TV had no signal. I hope both are working next time. Thank you very much.
