Island Breeze Hostel - Cebu Central

I spent four days here with my family, and it nearly ruined the whole holiday. There were bedbugs, no hot water, and no internal phone. The place was in terrible shape, with poor service for what we paid, hidden charges, and staff who communicated badly. The owner, a woman with too much ego, treated us very badly. I also think Elizabeth, mentioned in the last review, was the manager, so that review wasn't genuine. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. First and last time. Very money-minded. I hope I'm the first real review, and the last customer to have this nightmare.
