5/5. The staff were friendly and the customer service was really good. The food menu was decent, too. The building and the place itself could use a bit of a revamp, but the rates are very reasonable. A good spot for private time with your partner or somewhere to crash after a night out with friends.

Room 242 had enough space for two, but the toilet smelled and had cockroaches. There was dust and cobwebs in every corner, and the bed wasn’t soft. Even the blanket smelled so bad that I didn’t want to use it. Luckily, we’d brought our own blankets. We didn’t try the food because the room was so untidy that we wondered whether it would be clean. I can’t recommend this property, and I wouldn’t book it again unless the service improves.

I visited today. It’s a budget motel with rooms for short stays, and a standard room costs P275 for up to three hours. The room was spacious but a bit shabby. For that price, I guess that’s what you’d expect. I had trouble getting a Wi-Fi signal in the room.

They have themed rooms, like a car-themed one, as well as regular rooms. I went here when I was a student. If you don’t have much money, this motel is a good option. I miss the pump & juliana & prince Court. I guess it’s already old, though.
