TSC Residential Suites feels homely and is well maintained, a good fit for professionals or a small family looking to save time. Landers Superstore, 23 Minore Park, IC3 Convention, and Carmelite Monastery are all within walking distance. There are themed restaurants and banks nearby, and SM Mall and Ayala Mall are just a few minutes away by ride. Security is staffed 24/7 with CCTV surveillance. Housekeeping is free, with cleaning and linen changes once a week. Other nearby places include IT Park (1.6Km), medical institutions (3.1Km), seaports (4.5Km), and the airport (7Km). Great staff!

We still aren’t making any profits because of the lack of service, and I’m very disappointed in you as business partners. If we’d known we couldn’t be satisfied with the contract, we wouldn’t have gone ahead with it. Business contracts should be built on cooperation so that both partners can grow and become more reliable.

The woman handling service was awful. Whenever you asked for something, she’d give a sarcastic smile or ignore you. Don’t rent there, everything is broken.

The woman at the front desk didn’t seem willing to help.
