The room was so tiny, dusty, and dirty it looked like a JAIL CELL. There were no towels, soap, trashcan, or toilet paper, and the bathroom was too small to wipe properly or even close the door right. The bed was broken and uncomfortable, the sheets stained, and when I turned on the AC, bugs flew out. There wasn't an elevator, so we carried our things up FOUR floors. It was nearly midnight, so although I didn't want to stay, they let us change rooms. The new room was slightly less dirty but still disgusting. I couldn't last another day and left first thing in the morning. At least the receptionist refunded the second day after seeing me cry about how atrocious the place was. I got sick after staying there, and I'm sure the dirty AC air quality had something to do with it. What am I paying for? Don't run a hotel if you can't clean it :)

I stayed last September. The rooms were fine, but the water supply wasn't great. For a day or two it's okay, but I wouldn't advise staying longer because of the water. Anyway, what you see is what you get.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this stay stood out among the other hotels I've been to. When I visit Cebu again, this will definitely be my go-to.
