KENT Travellers' Inn

The staff were friendly, and the AC was great. We picked the place for its location, and it did what we needed. The room was very small, though, and its window looked onto the hallway, so we couldn't open the curtains or air the room out. Our things wouldn't dry, and there wasn't much furniture to hang them on.

Good value for the money, with a nice breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, AC, pleasant staff, and a central location. The only downside was that Wi-Fi was available only on the top-floor terrace, so there was no browsing in bed. On the plus side, that made it easier to mingle with other travelers.

The people were very sweet and courteous. The hotel is clean and sits on the main road. Rooms are small, with two beds, an attached bathroom, and satellite TV. They provide two bottles of water and coffee sachets, but there's no backup power. At check-in, they could skip the ten-minute list of dos and don'ts, especially when guests may have just arrived after a long flight or trip.

It's on the main street, right in the heart of the tourist area, so it can be louder than some people would like. The internet is there, but only on the fourth-floor deck. The amenities are simple, though comfortable, and the people are what make the place special: they're very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. I gave it five stars, but this isn't a five-star resort.
