The room was quiet, clean, and really comfortable for such a cheap price. Service was great, the location is handy, and there's a super market downstairs. No alarm clock? Don't worry, the chickens will wake you at 8am!

The staff were okay, but the stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely dirty, the water wouldn't drain by itself, and I had to push it manually. There was a strong unpleasant smell the whole time and no shelves for toiletries. The room floor was so dirty that we had to wear shoes all the time. Laundry cost extra, yet our clothes came back dirtier than before with visible stains. That's completely unacceptable. The terrace was also in very bad shape, and a flower pot being used as an ashtray was never emptied. Cleanliness and maintenance were far below an acceptable standard.

The room was comfortable for the night, with two single beds and a roomy shower. The AC worked, though there wasn't a TV. I hesitated to book because the app photos gave the place a slightly eerie feel, but the affordable price won me over. We ended up having a pleasant overnight stay.

The receptionist was really nice, and the location worked well, with restaurants and shops nearby. We also rented a scooter for a good rate, starting at 500 PHP a day. For the price, the room was good, and it had both AC and a fan. I did miss having a wardrobe or somewhere to put clothes, and the only window was in the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom at night and again in the morning.
