Sunburn Suites Coron

We were seven friends in all: four of us, including my husband, shared a dorm room with two bunk beds, while the other three stayed in a similar room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and responded quickly whenever we needed something. The room was good value. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot shower gave us no trouble after a day of island hopping. Restaurants, shops, and other spots were all within walking distance, so the location was very convenient. A comfortable place in Coron for groups traveling together.

Breakfast didn’t have much choice and tasted average, but we loved the scenery while eating. The hotel is right on Coron’s main street, which made it easy to get around. Our room worked well for three, with a top single bunk and a double bunk below. The shower was spacious, had a bidet, and the flush worked properly. The floor mat felt soapy and made the floor slippery at times. There are quite a few stairs from the entrance to the rooms, so it may not suit seniors. We were on the second floor, which made it easier.

The staff helped us arrange an island hopping tour and let us check in early after a long night of travel. Breakfast was lovely too. Our room matched what we expected from the pictures and description, with a clean bathroom, a nice shower, and comfy blankets.

We came back for a second stay in Coron and brought our family and friends from Canada this time. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and there was hot water. I recommend the danggit at breakfast, and the rooftop bar has the best view of the city. Management also found out we were newlyweds and surprised us with a cake. We were so happy with our stay, and highly recommend this clean, budget-friendly hotel.
