We stayed 3 nights, but the room at Nathaniel hotel was dirty and dusty. The window was extremely dirty too, and the bed lines and pillowcases had stains. The tray looked like it came from the bin, and it was so dirty. The toilet smelled bad, and the floor smelled like dead rats. The food service tray was broken and stained. That was my family’s experience. In the end, we moved out and looked for another hotel. The hotel we went to was clean, and all the services were excellent.

The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water drained very slowly. We also had no towels from Day 1. I asked for one every day right through the last, or fourth, day of our stay. Terrible service!

A good place, though not all the staff are friendly to approach.

The staff were warm and pleasant, the rooms were clean, there were enough parking spaces, and they provided plenty of pillows and a toiletry kit. The rooms could use some touch-ups, though, with cracked tiles and a damaged ceiling. There was only one convenience outlet. I had no cellular reception in our ground-level room, rm 5, so I sat in their restaurant for a while to get some work done. Good value for money overall.
