The front units look straight out over the sea, and the snorkeling is good. Inside, the beds are comfortable, the towels and linens are clean, and the bathroom has strong water pressure and hot water. There's a small kitchen for cooking and a little refrigerator, plus free use of the washing machine. The air conditioning runs quietly and works well. One downside is how close the place is to the main road, so it could get very noisy.

We had a really good overnight stay. The owner was kind and even charged us less than the usual rate. Our rooms were clean and roomy. The cemetery facing the hotel didn't bother me, though it spooked my friends for the whole stay 😂🤣. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Dalaguete.

The manager was friendly, and there’s access to the beach, though the sand and water quality are debatable. The apartelle itself is well maintained and decent, with very clean rooms and a reasonable price.

The location is convenient, about 1 km from our workplace, Rose Pharmacy, as well as the church and market. I was grateful for the experience: the room was very clean, the service was extraordinary, and the price felt fair for what we got. The owner really showed Filipino hospitality. I was uneasy about the hotel being opposite a cemetery and beside funeral homes, though. That made me hesitate to use the beach because I was concerned it might be connected to sewage from the funeral homes.
