A very basic, primitive, really old place. The sheets, shower, and toilet were dirty. There was no toilet paper or seat cover, and the flush was broken and didn't work properly. I paid 400php for a private room with a shared bathroom and no air con. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really want a private room and don't care about cleanliness. Management could take much better care of the place. The pool water was dirty too, so please don't swim in it. I say that as someone who was a lifeguard for seven years. One star because the private room was affordable, and another because it's a five-minute walk to the beach. The way to get there isn't nice, and the beach itself is nothing special, with too many motor boats.

This place is rubbish. The rooms were old and dusty, and had a distinct bad smell that made my stay really uncomfortable. The bathroom was very dirty as well. I couldn't stand it and moved to another resort just a few hours after arriving. On the plus side, it's near the beach and the Wi-Fi was somewhat fast. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were really lovely, and after a week there I was pretty pleased and would come back. My fan room cost 500php, though, while the website listed 300php. It gets very hot inside in the mornings and through the day, so getting up early helps. For another stay, I hope they keep toilet paper or a bumspray available, provide hot shower water, and clean the toilets and bathroom at least once daily.

A lovely garden and a quiet, tucked-away setting make this a nice option if you want to avoid crowds. My room had no lock, though, and the toilet was very dirty during my stay.

For 800php, it was the best-priced room around. There was no aircon or wifi, but the beach was a quick walk away, and the room had a refrigerator, a big shower, and two sinks. I'd stay again.
