The room upgrade cost extra, but we still had to wait several hours without a room until check-in. They also told us we'd have to pay for every extra hour on top of the upgrade fee. If we hadn't upgraded, we could have stayed in the same room without being left roomless. It makes no sense to pay more for an upgrade and then deal with this headache while still at the same hotel.

They even agreed to work around our schedule in case we needed to cancel, which the other hotels in Panglao wouldn't do because they had no-cancellation policies. The rooms were clean, the staff were great, and the location was nice. It's not a five-star hotel, but the service and affordable price earned five stars from me. Thank you Panglao Village Court!

The staff were really helpful, and the owner will step in if you run into a problem. They can also arrange a scooter rental. Alona is about 2 minutes away and Poblacion about 7 minutes. During my two weeks here, I found the rooms clean, the prices fair, and the location great. One of my best stays in Panglao. I'll book again when I return later this year. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Panglao Village Court, and I'd recommend it to family and friends. A quieter spot away from Alona's crowds, but still convenient enough to walk there. There's also a lovely nearby beach for a more laid-back setting, though it's not as popular as Dumaluan or Alona. The property sits along the main highway, so it's easy to find public transport to and from Tagbilaran city, Alona, or the Poblacion.
