The Barefoot Alona Resort

The pool was one of my favorite parts, such a relaxing spot after a long day. Our room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and everything felt organized and peaceful. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed something. They made the stay feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I had a great experience at Abraham Hotel and would love to come back.

The service was easily the best part. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond when we needed anything. We spent a couple of nights at Abraham Bohol Hotel and had a decent stay, but at 5k++ a night, I expected more for the price. Our first room had TV issues, so we had to move. A family member booked a king suite, or at least a king-sized room, but it didn’t seem as consistent as the other rooms, especially the finish. It was quite clean, though maintenance seemed uneven, and the hot shower wasn’t very hot. They didn’t provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, so bring or buy your own. Breakfast was included, but basic and not memorable.

After a long day of exploring, the beds were just right, squeaky clean and very comfortable. The rooms made a strong impression, and the pool was a great place to cool off and relax. Food on site was consistently good, which made it convenient to stay in for a meal. From the moment I arrived, the whole place felt friendly and welcoming. Abraham Bohol was well maintained, with excellent hospitality. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the island. I’ll stay here again next time.

We had a good stay overall. The room was very spacious, with comfy beds and a large restroom with lots of hanging racks. There’s a kitchen if you want to cook, and breakfast was decent. We also ordered food from their resto, and the Chicken Halang Halang soup was my favorite, such a hearty meal. The one setback was that our room had no fridge. Their contact number and email didn’t respond to our texts and emails before the stay, either.
