We booked Hotel Sogo's 10-hour stay for ₱960 when our area lost power. I thought the price was reasonable and worth it for a short rest. There was a power interruption at the hotel at first too, which was inconvenient, but it was fixed later. The comfort room had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and I hope they improve it. Aside from that, the stay was okay and gave us a comfortable place to rest during the outage.

At Hotel Sogo Dasma, check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. It's conveniently close to shops and restaurants, and I had a pleasant stay. Worth the price!

I left disappointed and unsatisfied. I wanted to relax, but instead felt penalized just for asking to upgrade my stay. This was the first Sogo branch I've encountered that refused an upgrade and made me pay by the hour. Other branches I've used offer more flexibility, whether that's extending a stay at a reasonable rate or changing packages to avoid higher hourly charges. This location felt unnecessarily restrictive and offered no comfort. It seemed as if getting more payment mattered more than guest convenience.
