There’s a karaoke bar upstairs, and it was so loud I could hardly sleep. This isn’t somewhere to stay if you want peace and rest. From the start, the front desk employee seemed careless and disrespectful, chatting and laughing with coworkers while helping customers. Other staff hung around the lobby, which felt disorganized and unwelcoming. I rarely write negative reviews, but this was far below what I expected. I hope management takes the service and atmosphere seriously and improves them for future guests.

It's good value, with walk-in rates available, though Agoda had the best price. The room is small and has no windows, but the bed is comfortable, there's a hot shower and cold sink, and the building has an elevator. Staff were nice. It's one block from Robinsons and two blocks from LA Cafe, and close to the US embassy. The neighborhood looks seedy, but seemed safe.

Being near the US Embassy, Sant luke medical, and the mall was convenient. But the noise was too much, from the bar across the street and karaoke upstairs. A Mabini street was horrible, with piles of garbage, lots of people peeing on the street and sleeping there, and even children pooping. I hated Manila.

Don't stay here. The receptionists were unprofessional from the beginning, and people here don't treat you with respect.
