If you’re into cars like I am, this place works well since it’s near Banawe, a street full of car parts. There’s also a 7/11, mang inasal, and street food nearby.

The daily rate for 24 hours isn’t bad, and the staff, including reception, were polite. The air conditioning was cold and the toilet was good, though there’s no toilet water spray. The lift worked fine. The lobby, though, stayed hot and humid throughout my five-day stay because its air conditioning wasn’t working. My room door was broken and difficult to lock or unlock.

I stayed here for three days during Holy Week in April 2016. It’s fine as a transient hotel, but with the low rate, don’t expect too much. Just okay.

The room and bathroom were very dirty, as were the blanket, pillow cover, and towel. There were lots of mosquitoes too. I wouldn’t recommend it.

They take advance bookings and full payment, then tell you at check-in that the booking has been cancelled. After that, they say refunds take 7 to 12 working days. This way of doing business is shameful for the Philippine hotel industry.
