A cozy vibe and a nice place to get away from the city noise. The staff were very accommodating. My room took an hour to be ready, and the main pool and restaurant could use some work, but overall I had a good experience.

We were a family of 8, including 4 kids, and came as walk-ins to use the pool and amenities. Once we’d paid the entrance fee for all 8, we found out they only had spaghetti and gambas, no beer, and no halo halo. Nobody on staff told us these things weren’t available beforehand. It was a really bad experience for tourists, and felt like a complete scam. Maybe they’re on bankruptcy! There are other resorts in Dauin to enjoy.

With the resort about a kilometer from the main street, and restaurants roughly three kilometers beyond that, you’re practically forced to eat all three meals at the hotel. The restaurant is perpetually out of stock, with only a few dishes available each day. It didn’t feel like a holiday, more like being in prison. A resort that can’t even keep guests fed is hard to recommend.

The room was great, with a nice view near the beach, and it was a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. Prices are the main issue, although they seem similar across Dauin. A scooter costs 500/day, and a tricycle to Dumaguete is 500. Check on facebook and you may find cheaper options. The restaurant didn’t have every choice, but Migos restaurant is nearby and less expensive.
