The staff made this an easy stay, from the front desk at check-in and checkout to the security guards at the door, who were a real plus. Everyone was helpful and happy to serve guests. The room was clean, though the towels could be better. Breakfast is average, but it does the job for your first meal, and coffee and water both come with free refills. It’s an underrated hotel with what you need, and we had a good experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I was really happy with my first stay in 2023, so I was excited to book here again on this trip to the Philippines. That was a mistake. I won’t be back, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The room wasn’t clean when we checked in. There were stains on the sheets and pillows, the table was sticky so I had to wipe it down, the floor was dusty, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay either. When I got back close to 5 pm, the breakfast from that morning was still there, the toilet paper hadn’t been replaced, and the trash hadn’t been taken out. I had to ask for fresh towels again. I’m very disappointed. I don’t know what changed between 2023 and 2025.

The breakfasts are great, and the rooms are clean and orderly. There’s nothing extra like a sink, microwave, or refrigerator, but the staff are willing to help make sure you have a happy stay. I tipped the security guard daily because he helped with my luggage and made sure I could get into traffic safely. He always had a smile. The hotel is located where there isn’t any competition, which might leave you worried about your health.

I’d been a little underwhelmed by the online pictures, but my family booked Queen Rooms after power outages in my neighborhood so we could sleep overnight. Once I arrived, I was amazed. The rooms look better in person, and the Queen Room felt like more for the money, with a cozy, well-designed setup that reminded me of a 4-star city hotel. The mattresses are firm and the blankets are cozy. Breakfast is complimentary, delivered as room service, and arrived on time. The staff were friendly and checked in on us. Parking felt safe and was monitored by a guard, the TV was huge and high def, and there was plenty of hot water. I’d be happy staying here for a staycation or a longer visit.

The room was clean and well equipped, but it had no windows, felt like a bunker, and I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The staff were unhelpful and even unfriendly. I asked them to help arrange transport and they wouldn’t do anything. I also asked to use the phone, but they refused and wouldn’t say why. I’ve never experienced that elsewhere in the Philippines. We booked because we had a concert at Philippines Arena that night and thought getting there would be easy, since we hadn’t seen many hotels near the arena. It turned out to be a hell hole for transport. Grab wasn’t available, and we had to pay our driver extra to take us there. From the airport, you’ll even need two Grabs with no direct route, so expect a long day of travel. Reception said taxis weren’t available either. The only way to get to the arena is by tooktook, about 30 minutes, and coming back means riding on the back of a scooter. There’s a tooktook station next to the hotel. You can still book here for a concert if you’re up for an adventure and don’t expect help. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying closer to the arena, even with the limited options.
