I’d requested twin beds because the photos on Google and Agoda showed rooms with them. At check-in, the staff told us they didn’t have any twin-bed rooms. They should take those photos down so guests know what to expect.

From April 2-3, 2026, we had a pleasant stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, which made it relaxing, and the food was so good. The front officer was friendly and accommodating. A good place to consider for a visit to Vigan.

We were six people, two seniors, three adults, and one child, staying March 14 to March 15, 2026. We booked ahead on Booking.com for ₱3,700 with breakfast, and it felt well worth the price. There was good parking, plus a security guard on duty around the clock. The lobby was okay, and complimentary towels and toiletries were provided. Our room had three double beds, enough for everyone, along with 3-in-1 coffee, an electric kettle, and six bottled waters. The building has three floors and no elevator, but the seniors in our group managed the stairs without trouble. The air-conditioning worked well, cold at night and comfortable in the afternoon. The window looked out onto a residential area, which was the one view downside. The shower heater wasn’t working properly, but the staff handled it well and let us use another room to shower. Breakfast was very good and added to the value. For the price, the stay was worth it. 👍
