Casa Filomena has a lovely sunset view, but that was the only part we really enjoyed. The pool was dirty when we visited, which added to the letdown. The food was extremely disappointing for the high prices: portions were surprisingly small, and the taste was average at best, with nothing memorable or worth returning for. For what we paid, we expected much better quality and larger servings. Aside from the sunset scenery, the experience didn't live up to the hype.

This feels like a place to visit for an Instagram or FB story, but don't expect the food to impress. The setting is quiet, spacious, and beautiful, with a great aesthetic and atmosphere. The servers and staff were kind and quick. The dishes we ordered fell short. The creamy carbonara pasta was a bit dry, and the halo-halo lacked flavor, with jello harder than usual. The sautéed beans with shrimp were mostly Baguio beans, with fewer than six shrimp. The mango shake looked like something had been mixed into it, and the cold choco milk had way too much ice and not enough actual choco milk.

The location and view are good, but the place sits a long way back. The food was poor, with undercooked pasta and fruit juices from a can, and the service was average. Management was rude when we walked along the paths to take pictures, even though there were no signs saying those areas were only for guests. We were guests there to eat! Very unwelcoming, and I'd never go back. Don't bother with this place.

The venue has a beautiful atmosphere and a stunning setting, but the service was really disappointing and the food was vastly overpriced. You're paying for the view, not the quality.

The sea and city views from the resort are spectacular, and you can enjoy coffee in the cantilever area overlooking Tagbilaran City. It's close to the city, but the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel relaxing. The clean pool is lovely, and the restaurant serves some of the most delectable Filipino dishes. There are two modern-style villas, and it's a great spot for wedding eves, team building, meetings, seminars, and other gatherings. Group set menus are very affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just an awesome place.
