The price is good for a place right in the middle of the city, and it's surprisingly peaceful there. They clearly aim to be eco-friendly, with no plastic bags or straws. Breakfast is light, with fruit and yogurt. There are no elevators, and the lack of a handrail on the stairs to the second floor was a real challenge for my 64-year-old mother. The rooms are on the third floor, so make sure you have good knees. In room number 9, dust had built up in every corner. I wouldn't recommend it if you have children under two.

It's quiet and cozy, even though it's on a busy city street, and the price is competitive at around 600-900 per person per night with a free continental breakfast. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The homemade yogurt is creamy and tasty, and I liked the guyabano jam. I didn't take room photos because the online pictures matched what we saw in person. A couple of things didn't work well: our air conditioning couldn't keep up with the summer heat, and the shower heater wasn't working.

The homemade jams are a highlight, especially the Guyabano Jam, and everyone gets a free continental breakfast. The staff are accommodating, and the place is cozy and easy to get to, near some Davao City museums and hidden spots. If you haven't arranged transportation for your Davao trip, ask the front desk. They can suggest affordable transport packages for a large group, up to 16 people.

You can spend some time playing the organ in the bar if you're musically inclined. The crew are helpful and accommodating, and the food tastes good without costing much. Their homemade yogurt is worth trying, along with the breakfast options. A cozy place to stay in Davao City.

Breakfast includes toast, homemade jams, fruit juice, coffee, and homemade yogurt. The guyabano jam was my favorite, and you can buy the jams at an affordable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and had a homey feel.
