Really disappointing and inconvenient. The price was higher than other hotels we usually stay at, yet the room had no water, a dirty CR, a noisy air conditioner tucked behind the curtain, and beds that weren't very soft. There were no keys, and a staff member said it was okay not to lock the door because there was CCTV. That's still a big no for me. Not a good place to stay.

For backpackers needing an overnight stay, it's cheap, and booking here costs less than a walk-in check-in. The room was only one-star clean, outdated, and had some rusty showerheads. There was no toilet tissue, but we got one clean towel to share, plus a few soap slices and shampoo packets. The Wi-Fi was strong at reception but unavailable in the room. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable, though the air conditioning was very cold. There were two security staff. I can't complain too much since I paid what I paid. Hopefully hotel businesses like this can make guests feel welcome. Just my comments.

We didn't stay. They told us to take the same room upstairs, but although the rooms looked alike, the one downstairs was dirtier. We told the receptionist we wanted the second-floor room, and she said it was already reserved. The rooms were cheap but smelled bad.

So close to the airport, with an amazing room for a great price. The service in Davao was the best, and everyone was polite, respectful, and helpful. Thanks so much, I'll come back with friends again and again!
