The bedroom was small, but big enough, and the lobby looked nice with its paintings and rustic art. Even though it’s right in the city center, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were really nice and accommodating. It’s fairly new, too. The one downside is the wooden walls between rooms are thin, so you can hear sounds you’d rather not hear from next door 🙊.

The modern but grungy design is very instagrammable, though the windows have no view haha. The rooms are tiny but OK for a short stay, and the bathroom is very small, though clean. There’s no hot water, and the walls are thin enough that even slight furniture movement carries into the next room. The bed was made, but not as neatly as I’d expect in a suite. The sheets didn’t feel crisp or new, and looked like they might not have been changed. Having to log in and out every time you come through the door gets annoying. The guard on duty would rudely ask where I was going each time I left, which ruined the suites mood. There’s no receptionist at night either.

The location is right in the heart of Davao, but the rooms are separated by plywood with no soundproofing at all. In-room entertainment is poor, and the Wi-Fi is slow.

Wallet-friendly accommodation in Davao City, with monthly stays available too. The location is great, near stores, schools, and malls.

A worthy place with really helpful staff. The room was simple but clean, the AC was quiet, and it was easy to get to the city proper.
