I had a great experience and would recommend the place. It was peaceful and quiet, a little away from Davao City's busy, noisy streets. Since my business was at sm ecoland, just across the street, the location was very convenient. The room felt relaxing, with enough space to pray and eat. The bed was a matrimonial one and not that comfortable, but it was okay. There was a hot and cold shower. The air conditioning was weak, so they added a fan to cool the room. One downside was the schedule: check-in is at 2am and checkout at 12nn. I hope they'll change it so the 22 hours start from the time you check in.

The facility was great for the price, with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Be ready for extra charges, including a security fee, I think, though it's returned after your stay. Toiletries aren't free either.

We were very happy with our five-night stay, especially since I wasn't expecting much at first. The place is quiet and clean, and they offer free cleaning. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and SM City Davao is within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it and book there again on my next trip to Davao.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were so helpful that they even suggested places to see in Davao. It’s a great spot if you want public transport nearby and easy access to SM mall. I’d recommend it 👌

We booked on Agoda at the last minute for an overnight stay, mainly because we needed somewhere to get settled before work. I wasn’t expecting much, but the place turned out better than I thought. The room was clean and had enough space for our things, plus a kitchen sink of its own. The bathroom felt cramped, and the water heater wasn’t working. Dental kits cost extra, though we had brought our own. The internet was the highlight: fast and reliable enough for us to play computer games without a problem, so we didn’t need our own Wi-Fi. Check-in and checkout were easy, and there’s a mini store in the building with fairly priced basics. SM City Davao and plenty of good restaurants are close by. Parking was my main gripe.
