Affordable rates for a secure, attractive place that’s easy to get to. The rooms suit guests or families on a weekend break, with pool access and good Wi-Fi.

This is our second time here, and we’ve now been staying almost a year, paying 13k a month with no condo dues. A few foreigners come and go, and the staff are a friendly bunch. I’d definitely recommend Arezzo if you need somewhere to stay. It’s very close to Sasa wharf for the ferry to Samal island, and just a few minutes from the airport and shopping malls.

For anyone who often uses the airport, the location could work really well. Taking the Sasa route and then heading back toward the airport on Diversion Road may mean less traffic, since those roads are wider. There are also some well-known restaurants, including a few that could be called gourmet, only a short drive away. Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are nearly ready, if not already ready, for occupancy. Make sure you reserve a parking space while any are still available. Once the owners start using all their slots, you’ll have to leave your car outside the compound. There’s supposed to be a parking bldg, but it looks like construction can only begin after the residential buildings are finished.
