SM Lanang is only a few minutes away on foot, which made the location handy. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was good. There’s no elevator, but the friendly staff were very accommodating. I’d be happy to stay again when I’m back in Lanang.
The room looked nicer in the photos than it did in person, though the bed was acceptable. The air conditioner and shower were both very old, and we were put on the fourth floor with no elevator, which was inconvenient. Service at the counter was disappointing too. The staff didn’t seem friendly or helpful, and I got the feeling they didn’t care much about guests. We wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it, as the facilities and service fell short of what we expected.
The room was spacious and clean, and the location worked out well for the running event we attended at Azuela Cove. Parking was the main drawback: there’s very little of it, and the spaces are small. The road to the hotel is narrow and has sidewalk vendors along it, so getting through can be tricky.
The water in the room wasn’t draining and had a bit of a smell. The air conditioner was loud, and people in another hotel room were singing and playing loud music, including dirty songs. Staff didn’t ask them to turn it down.
Miss Angel gave us such a warm welcome, and the rooms were very clean. The TV wasn’t working when I arrived, but that was okay with me. I don’t really watch TV anyway, and the Wi-Fi was enough.
