Casa Leticia Business Inn

The room was clean and the place was nice. I also appreciated having the qibla direction in my room, which was helpful when I prayed. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was on the third floor, and since there are stairs, the guard on duty helped carry my luggage up. The staff were very accommodating. Thumbs up, thank you! I hope my hubby and I can stay here again someday.

The bathroom had a constant, monotonous buzzing sound, and it was hard to relax with it going. The room felt dated and neglected. The floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned properly, the showerhead was old, and parts of the ceiling looked worn or broken. Some lights wouldn’t turn on, and the TV was either missing or not working. The whole place felt oddly unsettling, almost like a low-budget Morgz challenge video. That was my experience, though, and other guests may have had a better stay. I’m sharing it so future visitors know what I encountered.

Very slow internet, and there wasn’t a hair blower. I’d forgotten my toothbrush on my first visit to Casa Letizia, and found they didn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste at all. I’m used to those basic toiletries being available in the hotels I’ve stayed at, so I wondered if this was cost-cutting. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so you have to open the window. I’m not sure that’s safe, since it seems like a window that shouldn’t be fully open.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, thanks to Archie, who made it a great experience 🙌. We also loved the food, the comfortable rooms, and how accessible Casa Leticia is. Service was top-notch. Huge thumbs up, would definitely recommend! 😊💯
