The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with room to move around and store luggage. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the air-conditioning worked well. Nearby malls, laundry services, coffee shops, and restaurants made it easy to find what we needed. It's also very close to Davao Airport, which is handy for early or late flights. At an affordable price, Super OYO 604 Chateau Cinco Dormitel is a convenient option near the airport, as long as the bathroom and stairs work for you. My Deluxe Twin Room was on the third floor, and with no elevator, carrying luggage up after a long trip was tiring. The bathroom was very cramped, especially in the shower, and probably isn't ideal for taller guests. I also found the traditional metal key a hassle. It was hard to turn and took effort to lock and unlock the door.

Booking here through Agoda caused no problems. This is the best low-rate dormitel. Thank you.

The rooms are neat and clean, with attached bathrooms and hot showers. It's recommended for a short stay, though a little pricey. The location is close to the airport, but just off the main road, so there's no public transport to get there. I was surprised to be asked to pay 5 peso for a paper cup to get hot water from the dispenser.

The leafy trees and peaceful atmosphere make this a relaxing place, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The services and facilities were comfortable, and the setting works for solo travellers or groups. If you're after an affordable, restful vacation, this place is for you.
