I stayed in an apartment here for two weeks, and the big window looked out over the excellent pool and the city. Not having a balcony was the main drawback. The complex feels pleasant, safe, relaxing, and welcoming from the reception area onward. Once I opened the coded door, the air-conditioned apartment had a real holiday feel. It was equipped down to the details, with a kitchen and all the utensils I needed, a shower and toilet, and a living room that included the bedroom and its large, comfortable double bed. Lizzie sent a detailed explanation without even meeting me. I called to ask about something she'd already covered, and she patiently and politely guided me back to the answer in the instructions she had sent at the end of the booking process.

The pool and gym are nice, and the location is good, but I wouldn't want to live here. The air conditioners are old single-unit machines in each room, and they're extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. There's also a lot of road noise unless you're near the top of the buildings. One of the three elevators in tower 2 has been out since the earthquake, in 2025, I think. When it's busy, getting up or down can take ages. Ten minutes isn't unusual.

TOWER 2, 29th Floor, Room 2021 This was the worst experience we've had, and I'll never choose Avida again. We only wanted a fair settlement, but the owner was unbelievably rude and didn't resolve anything. Instead of communicating, she kept leaving the group chat. Ma’am, the way you treated us was unacceptable and genuinely traumatic. I wouldn't have reached this point if you'd handled things properly. We weren't looking for a conflict. Is this really how you negotiate with clients? Puryagaba, Ma’am Joyce. It even feels like there may be some kind of scheme going on. I will never recommend this room to anyone.

Don't stay here. The rooms were dirty, the staff were rude, and there were bed bugs. The mattress was old and worn out. A terrible experience.
