We spent two days in the family room. It was really dusty when we arrived, and we had allergic rhinitis and even sty. We had to sleep in that dusty room. When we asked for the room to be made up, they cleaned it superbly. The staff were nice about taking care of our requests.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained, with what you need for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, ready to help with questions or requests. It's an affordable, convenient option in a central spot, with easy access to city attractions like SM Davao.

The family room is a good setup if you're traveling with kids. Those bunk beds with stairs turned into a little playground, lol. It was well priced and had a hot and cold shower, toiletries, and a fridge with water. There's a modest free breakfast, too. You're in the middle of the city, just minutes from SM City ecoland, with lots of nearby restaurants on Foodpanda, handy since room service isn't available around the clock.

Being in a subdivision meant we could sleep peacefully. The room itself was clean and smelled nice, the hot and cold shower worked, and the elevator was fine. They provide bottled water and the internet connection was strong. I liked that the switches for DO NOT DISTURB and MAKE UP ROOM light up outside so staff can see them. But we had no water from 5am because the tank ran dry and they had a problem with the hose. We had to ask for water to flush and wash with. It finally came back at 10:30am, and some guests needed to check out early.
