Hotel Tropika

The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the room was large, super clean, with an incredibly comfy bed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk and hotel staff to the Cafe Aseya team. 10/10 would recommend for a post-Christmas staycation.

The Wi-Fi in our 3rd floor room was the one real disaster. Breakfast was complimentary but definitely needs improvement. Still, we had a pleasant, memorable stay in a beautiful, elegant hotel. The rooms were big, neat, and clean, with simple, sweet decor. The bathroom had all the toiletries, and the hot shower was great. The pool and surrounding garden greenery were lovely and soothing.

Breakfast was the big disappointment. The food lacked flavor, and there weren’t many choices, so it felt like an afterthought. I’d suggest Hotel Tropika rework the menu and add more variety to match the quality elsewhere. I’d skip it or eat somewhere else. The outdoor setting was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by nature. The staff were excellent, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing. A good choice if you want good service and a serene place.

The saltwater pool was clean, and some staff were very nice and polite, though others ignored me or looked away as they passed. Food was okay, but breakfast wasn’t as amazing as advertised. Overall, it’s a good place, though I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels here that I enjoyed more.
