The room was spacious, the water heater worked well, and a dispenser was available outside, so bring a tumbler. Our rate included buffet breakfast. There was an electric kettle, but no hair dryer or complimentary coffee or tea. Wi-Fi was nonexistent, so this isn't a good choice if your work needs a solid connection. The walls are thin enough that hallway conversations carry into the rooms. The elevator sometimes made a disturbing noise, though it seemed generally safe.

We had a really bad experience with the receptionist's conduct. The door to our first assigned room wouldn't open, so we were moved to another room. At checkout, they charged us more than the rate we'd agreed to in the original transaction, without telling us beforehand. They wouldn't take responsibility or even apologize, and blamed either us or the guard who helped us. This wasn't the guard's job. The receptionist should know how to handle the issue.
The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff were friendly. Free parking, too. I can recommend this hotel.
My wife and I returned to the hotel where we first met because we'd fallen in love with it during our first visit. That first meeting was a magical start to a journey that changed our lives in ways we couldn't yet understand. Two and a half years later, we were given the very same room, room 505. Walking in brought back all the laughter, joy, and excitement from when our story began. It felt like time had stopped for a moment, and reminded me how far we've come and how our love keeps getting stronger. The hotel is full of charm and warmth, and holds unforgettable memories for us. Thank you for the loving beginning!
The place is beautiful and fascinating, but my family and I saw guards being told to do tasks that weren't part of their jobs. Guards are there to keep their assigned areas safe, not to run errands or do home service, and other workers' duties were being handed to them. The manager and cook aren't the owners, so they shouldn't act superior or look down on other employees. The guards deserve respect for being loyal to their work and duties. Is this right? How can I contact the hotel owner to complain about how some employees behave? Thank you.
