NF Suites

For 2k I got a fully furnished studio for two nights, so that's 999 per night. It's very affordable, and I liked that I could cook if I wanted to. It's a great place to stay, though the Comfort Room is a bit small. You'll need to go outside the village to buy things, and getting a taxi can take a while since it's in a subdivision. If you don't mind a short walk out of the subdivision, that shouldn't be a problem.

The area felt safe and was accessible. You can walk from the suite to SM Ecoland, and it's easy to get transportation if you're heading downtown. The Wi-Fi was slow at times. We booked the two-bedroom family room for a week. There were no floor rags, and when we asked, they said they didn't have any. They were willing to give us towels to use instead, even though we use those on our bodies. I was shocked to hear housekeeping was only done twice a week. They told my cousin that directly.

The place wasn't easy to get to, and the room was old and poorly maintained. The paint was worn, there were lots of insects, and the furniture was old too. Cleanliness was so-so. I've been coming to Davao for nine years, but after this stay, once was enough. I've had better stays elsewhere.

I lived here for more than 6 months, and it was good value for the money. The units are spacious, neat, and clean, with complete appliances you can use during your stay. There's room to cook, and the living room has AC too. They also have car parking, transport services, and cars for rent. Wi-Fi is available, the receptionists are friendly and accommodating, and the lobby is very relaxing.
