The place was clean, though the rooms weren't very spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and we felt our car was safe with a guard on duty. Parking is limited. It's in a good spot, with easy access to fast food and restaurants.

The room was filthy, and we were so disappointed with the place and management that I'd give it negative one star if I could. The curtain in the room was very old and dusty. The shower curtain had muddy yellow stains and mold, and the shower room needs major repairs. I asked if they could replace it that night, even with an old clean one. The cleaning lady said they had none, and that if they replaced one, they'd have to replace them in all the rooms. She said the issue had already been reported to the manager or owner weeks or months ago. Why hadn't they acknowledged it and replaced it? That bathroom curtain looked awful and needed the mold bleached out. The mall is just around the corner over the flyover, and cheaper curtains might even be on sale there. This reflects how filthy the business is. I still have photos on my hard drive if you need proof. Honestly, I'm embarrassed. We didn't shower in that room. The attendant and security staff on duty were polite, which I'd give three stars for, and breakfast was okay. The place is convenient for Bbq house, the nearby mall, and transportation, but the hotel itself isn't convenient. We only stayed overnight, checked out in under 12 hours, and had been supposed to stay around two more weeks for the holidays. It was too late at night to check out sooner. We didn't sleep well because we could hear an airplane engine right overhead. My husband had to wear earplugs, and it was still loud. We checked out early in the morning. Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere in the neighborhood, or inspect the room before confirming a booking. Have a wonderful place to stay in Davao. Loved to be back.

It's quiet and comfortable here, with good breakfast and working air conditioning and heater. The staff are friendly, and you can ask the guard for directions. It's also near places like drug stores, fast food spots, and coffee shops, so it's a great place to stay in Davao City.

The staff are very friendly, and most speak Tagalog and English fluently. The rooms are clean, and while the CR is a bit small, it's clean too and has a bidet. It's conveniently close to fast food restaurants and drug stores, and the price is okay. One odd thing is that you have to call the night before to order breakfast. Otherwise, you end up with very limited choices. The room isn't fully soundproof, so you can hear people in the lobby, and the lock feels a bit flimsy. For the price, I found it tolerable and safe.
