We had a family room reserved for two nights, but when we arrived to check in, they told us they'd cancelled it because someone had booked for a month. They also said we hadn't paid a deposit. I had offered one when we reserved, but they wouldn't accept it. They claimed they'd tried to call and message us, but I didn't receive anything. The receptionist wasn't helpful or apologetic, and we had to find nearby hotels for our seven guests. They offered no alternative accommodation, even though they were the ones who cancelled our reservation. Do not book this place. Not recommended.

After a very long road trip, I slept well. The place was peaceful, with a large parking area and a guard at night. The price for both the room and food was really good, and basic items were available for sale in the lobby. The staff were honest, and could be blunt about the hotel's facilities. It only offers basic amenities, so don't expect much just because "suites" is in the name. Cleanliness needs work, especially the bedding, towels, and toilet. Some amenities didn't work properly, including the cable TV, remote control, hot shower, and some lights. Mosquito control could also be better.

The staff are friendly, but breakfast is the same every day and some mornings they run out of things. There’s no dinner service, so you have to eat at the restaurant next door, and I didn’t think the food there was very good.

The parking area is nice and spacious, with plenty of room for guests. The place was clean, and the staff were really kind and helpful.

I was charged twice because the staff said the Agoda payment hadn’t gone through. The rooms aren’t nice.
