The room was okay for a night, especially with SPMC nearby. The standard bed fits two, there’s space for an extra mattress if needed, and the hot water worked. The shower head wasn’t working properly, though, and there were no chairs or cabinet for putting things. It’s on the third floor, with the entrance tucked around the side, so it’s a little hidden. You have to use the stairs, which probably isn’t a good option for elderly guests.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I want to help anyone thinking of booking here. If you can stretch your budget a little, Hop Inn or Travelers Inn are cheaper and very close by. At Casa Buana there’s no cabinet for your things, the AC isn’t very cold, and the room is on the third floor with no elevator. The bathroom smelled bad, and with the water still dirty, it was hard to stay in there. Since we couldn’t cancel and get our money back, we stayed and kept the bathroom door open, spraying alcohol in the CR to make the smell bearable. They also charge Php100 per hour for early check-in or late checkout, which felt unreasonable given the bad experience. I’d be glad to pay extra if the stay were okay, but it wasn’t.
