The quiet location in the middle of a residential subdivision was a big plus. There was no highway racket, like horns or loud motorcycle pipes, and I'd definitely stay here again. I travel around Mindanao and have tried plenty of hotels, but this one felt different. Everyone was accommodating, from the security guard to the front desk staff. My room was spacious and comfortable, and having Wi-Fi in every room suited me well because I need it for work. I'd give them an A.

The staff were very courteous and the surroundings were peaceful, but management should address several problems. Water pressure was poor, the shower curtain was dirty, and the pillowcases smelled awful. Both remote controls were broken, and only a few cable channels worked.

A peaceful night's sleep is easy here, and the parking area feels very secure. Room service is limited, so bring snacks, though the room rates more than make up for that. I'd recommend it.

I found the standard room bathroom too cramped. The suite, though, felt worth its price: it's large, clean, and has a decent-sized bathroom. I'm sensitive to dust but didn't sneeze here. The receptionist and other staff were very friendly.

It's a nice hotel, and the junior suite is reasonably priced. It has two rooms, each with its own bathroom. The hotel is a bit away from the highway, but the staff can call a cab for you anytime.
